Day 2 of the challenge.I wont get to write here every day due to work and family commitments but I’ll get on here as much as I can.I better put down my goals hadnt I?Clean Eats 85,that gives me a few cheats.Im going to be strict with myself too.Im gonna have to If I want to make this work.For instance,tonight Im striking off a clean eat already as I “picked” on cheese whilst making the kids dinners.I then had a chocolate bar which blew the clean eat anyway.
Resistance and Cardio training both 19.A funny number I know but I have tried 20 the past few challenges and have failed to let’s mix it up a bit.
Personal goal 1 is to lose 5lbs! Im currently at 194lbs so I want to get into the 180’s.
Personal goal 2 is to do 8 consecutive pull ups,I’ll talk about them in a later post.Im on 6 at the moment so let’s go for it eh.

Hey, I’m trying to improve my pullup numbers too.
Y’know when you do your pulls, does you max change? Some days I can get a couple more, some days a couple less. Do you find the same thing?

I started back In January or there abouts and my max was 4 pullups, now it’s 13.

I can only do around 6 pullups too. I used to be able to do around 13 when I rock climbed. That was nearly 10 years ago. Maybe I should get into the pullup thing too? I’m motivated by you already! Keep up the good work.

Rock climbing would be awesome for pull ups Id imagine.Let’s see if we cant increase our pull ups this challenge anaerobic1!
